For various reasons, we might send you a text inviting you book an appointment for a blood test with one of the local NHS providers. Links to the booking system for each provider are listed below. If you have any problems, please call the surgery on the appointments line for further guidance.
All blood forms are added electronically, so NO PAPER COPY is required.
The doctor will review your results, and we’ll only contact you if there is anything we need to discuss.
