Patients with diabetes are invited to attend the practice once a year for an annual review. At The Symons Medical Centre, we invite patients in their month of birth and send them a link via text message for them to book an appointment in one of our Diabetic Clinics.
The appointment consists of:
- A blood test
- Blood pressure check
- Height
- Weight
- A foot check
IMPORTANT: Please bring a urine sample with you to your appointment. This should have been taken in the early morning and should be brought in a proper urine collection pot, which can be collected from the surgery.
